*NORDMECCANICA DUPLEX LAMINATOR FOR SOLVENTLESS ADHESIVES MOD. ZENIT S. L. 1250 of 1989. Web width: 1250mm. Unwinder reel dia. 800mm, unwinder core dia. 76/150mm, rewinder reel dia. 1000mm, rewinder core dia. 150mm, working speed up to 300 m/min. Voltage 415v 50hz-3ph. Electrical standards – C.E.I. Machine in excellent conditions and it can be seen running.

2. SOLVENT LAMINATORS

*ZENITH of 1990. Max web width of 1020mm, speed 150m/min, with aut. roll change of the unwinder and rewinder. With laminator trolley for thin aluminium. Max ext. reel dia. of 760mm. For: PET, OPA, PA, OPP; PP, cast, PE, PAPER, CELLOPHANE from 12 to 350my. With: 18 solvent rollers, coating rollers drying tunnel.

*COCCATO MOD. LINEA PAPER del 2002.Film width: 700-1430mm, max coating width: 1415mm, Unwinding and rewindig roll dia. of 1000mm on cores dia. (unwinder) 3", 6"(70/76/152mm), rewinder 6" (152mm). Unwinder &rewinder: tension control by electro-pneumatic system. 2 expanding shafts. Heating calander: closed circuit by diatermic oil. Cooling cylinder: by closed circuit with water. Max speed of 300m/min. CE certified.

*Uteco mod. Horizon of 1990 for solvents. Max web width of 1500mm, max lamination width of 1400mm. Max speed of 100m/min. With simple unwinder and rewinder for max reel dia. of 1000mm. Materials: papers from 30 to 400grs and films. Possibility to process both sides. Gas burners. Visible in production.

3. COMBI LAMINATORS

*NORDMECCANICA SOLVENT BASED LAMINATOR MOD. SUPER SIMPLEX COMBI 1400 of 1999. Min-max width of the film: 700-1430mm. Max coating width: 1415mm. Max reel dia. of the unwinder&rewinder: 1000mm. Max speed: 300m/min. Materials to be coated: BOPP: 15-80u, PETP: 12-30um; LDPE, LLDPE (without solvent): 40-200u, LDPE, LLDPE (with solvent): 60-200um, OPA: 12-18um, nylon cast: 50-80um, ALU (without solvent):15-40, ALU (with solvent): 9-40um, PP CAST: 60-150um, CALANDERED PAPER (only without solvent): 40-300grs. Materials to be laminated: BOPP: 12-80um, PP cast: 25-150um, ALU: 7-40um, LDPE, LLDPE: 20-200um, VARIOUS COEXTRUDED: 25-200um, NYLON CAST: 20-80UM, petp: 12-30UM, OPA: 12-18UM, EVOH: 12-20UM, PVC: 20-500um, CALANDERED PAPER: 40-300grs. Predisposition for the corona treatment coating side and laminating side. This Combi coater has worked very little (approx. only 440h) and the register cold seal print unit has never been used. The machine has a new aspiration unit. The rotogravure type coater unit is composed of: chamber doctor blades holder for the cylinder cleaning. Rotogravure trolley with basin for print repeats from 500mm up to800mm, shaft with cones for rotogravure cylinder (cylinder excluded), peristaltic pump for cold seal adhesive. With also printing register control unit for the cold seal application. Ce norm.

With heating and cooling unit for the laminating cylinder; with the provision to install one Corona treater on the laminating or coating column; EC regulations.
