For Cellophan film, PP, PVC, PE etc. until 200my or more. Cutting system with 6 razor blades. With 3 pairs of winding stations, 2 expanding shafts for small size slitted reels. With a reels loader-unloader with 2 electric tackles. With trims aspirator.

*SCHIAVI UNSLIT MOD. 81 with shafts of about 1980. Slitting width 1000mm, Web width 1050mm, Max parent reel dia. 1000mm. Max finished reel dia. 530mm. Cutting system with razor blades on “1000 grooves” shafts. With Unwinder with aut. brake and photocellule driven aligner. With 2 spare shafts besides the standard 2 main shafts, and a wide equipment of frictions and spacers.

*SCHIAVI EASY SLITT of 1983. Web width: 1050mm. Max parent reel dia.: 800mm. Max finished reels dia.: 550mm. Speed: 300 m/min. For paper, cardboard, laminates until max 350 gr/m2. With: pneumatic brake, circular knives and blade cutting system, foreseen for trims exhaust. Visible in operation. In good conditions.

*SAVAL of 1996. Working width 1600mm, reel dia. of 650mm, air shaft for the unwinder, control brake: automatic. With 10 pneumatic cutting units. Reel dia. of the rewinder of 650mm. With 2 motors. Semiautomatic rewinding control. Speed 150 m/min.


*LAEM TR 42506 of 1998. Suitable to process materials: OPP and PET from 12µm to laminates of 130g/m2. Max reel width: 1400mm. Max reel dia. of the unwinder:1000mm.
