Cibra offers a range of sealers for plastic bags & have now added a wide range of:

  • sealing machines for multi-layer or co-extruded bags;
  • welding machines for odd shapes in PE - PP film.

Cibra LogoThis last line has become quite important due to growing request for special bags (flower sleeves, round bottom bags, triangular bags, and many others) and for disposable items such as polyethylene gloves, shoe covers, caps, and so on.
In 1968 Cibra presented the first semi-automatic machine to make disposable plastic gloves.

Today Cibra can offer you the versatile SIGMASTAR model and the new, high speed GLOVESTAR model to make disposable gloves in LDPE, HDPE, EVA, EBA and EMA copolymers, and in bio degradable Mater-bi films.

FLOWERSTAR is a bag making machine for making flowersleeves, the cone-shaped bags used to pack cut flowers or potted plants. The Flowerstar can work on low density and high density polyethylene films, cast polypropylene, some types of BOPP. Sleeves can be any size; maximum height is 800 mm.

A special ejection system allows an easy handling of this kind of bags up to a production speed of150 bags/min.

Range also includes bag making machines for heat sealed flat and gusseted bags (PP, laminates, coated paper).
